We stretch our entire body! 6min = 12 exercises. Short but beneficial :)
- legs, hips & butt
- tummy
- back & chest
- spine
I learned to love stretching sooooo much! I remember, about 6 months ago I definitely didn't stretch enough. This also impacted by training, since my muscles were feeling stiff and sore for longer, I started getting pain in my knees, etc.
Now, I really look forward to a short stretch after a session. It's so relaxing, the music calms me down and you will quickly see improvements :)
Let's calm down & give our bodies some love in a different kind of way.

You are the only person actually getting me really passionate and motivated about sports. I believe that is just, because you yourself show so much creativity and passion in every single video. Am I the only one who cries during parts of the routines, cuz the music gets to me? Yes...mmmkay lol.
Some tips to thing of while you are on this road: 1.Think about your goal, and think about if it is reachable 2. Think about how far you have come 3. Mental health is important too 4. Don´t judge yourself 5. NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT QUIT

Hi I'm late and I started trying to get healthy and fit last week. I wanna keep doing this until the end of the year to see if I get results (I'm stretching and working out almost every day, except rest days) But my hamstrings are extremely tight. It makes it so hard to work out and stretch. They hurt like a bitch (pardon my french) and they're really stiff. I really hope this fixes later on. I wanna be flexible damnit
